SERVICE PLAN OPTIONS

Monthly service plans support for all systems installed by us,  and offers scheduled after-hours remote support until 9PM weekdays and 8-2 Saturday or by appointment Sunday. Includes site visits as required.

Monthly service plans for home automation systems installed by us. Includes troubleshooting, system and firmware updates, Control4 service 4sight or off-site fees. Mandatory for system upkeep and warranty, or if you plan to use offsite. Service performed remotely and on-site.

Password resets or retrieval, remote login to in-home equipment we set up (average 15-30 minute service). Regular business hours. 

Includes ONE site visit per year, 1 Hour appointment. 

Monthly service plans for Uneekor  or other golf simulator customers. Includes setting up and attending Uneekor service appointments, PC help for adding simulator software, other general upkeep related to your simulator. Includes site visits as required, discretionary by us.

On-site visits for system troubleshooting, 2-hour visit. 

Semi-Annual CCTV service, Spring and Fall. Maintain your equipment and warranty. One-hour appointment. 

Semi-Annual CCTV service, Spring and Fall. Maintain your equipment and warranty. Up to three-hour appointment.

Footage review or retrieval for important events. Includes USB stick for third-party or law enforcement. MUST be completed at the recorder. 

Semi-annual Security system service, this is a mandatory service to ensure continued monitoring and support. Any replacement hardware required will be billed as time and materials.  30-minute appointment.

Quarterly Security system service, this is a mandatory service to ensure continued monitoring and support. Any replacement hardware required will be billed as time and materials. 30-minute appointment.
